New faculty can particiapte in program where they can choose and have a lunch meeting with a
mentor, twice a year.
After two years as faculty and as they prepare for their second performance RPT review, faculty
can use this program to address specific issues about their teaching and professional growth and
get advice from a mentor that they would personally choose after having gotten to know their
colleagues better.
This program was also developed to address new faculty's transition from two years of receiving
strong support and as they find their way halfway through their status as tenure-track faculty or
when considering applying for early tenure and/or promotion.
